Her three decades of executive leadership experience spans multinational corporations, military environments, royal institutions, international sports organizations and strategic city development projects across international markets.
She established Oraura to address a critical gap in organizational effectiveness: when systems fail under pressure, the breakdown occurs in behavioral architecture, not strategic planning.
