Oraura was founded by Margarita Filippoti, a Behavioral Systems Architect with a background in psychology, crisis operations and organizational reform. Her three decades of executive leadership experience spans multinational corporations, military environments, royal institutions,  international sports organizations and strategic city development projects across international markets. 

She established Oraura to address a critical gap in organizational effectiveness: when systems fail under pressure, the breakdown occurs in behavioral architecture, not strategic planning.
